Rental houses and apartments can be serviced or unserviced. The latter choice is popular for long-term but temporary stay because all the necessary services are provided and included in the rent. For example, you will not have to deal with electricity, water and gas bills separately. On the other hand, un-serviced apartments provide more control over your service charges. There is no risk of paying for higher-than-necessary utility bills.
